We may not be able to repair everything;  but whatever the situation, we will give you honest advice - all of which is free of charge.

Repairs

  • We will handle both warranty and non-warranty repairs to all makes and models of mobile phones

  • We may be able to upgrade the software running on your mobile phone or replace a damaged casing or LCD.

Border Mobiles Repairs Policy

Warranty and non-warranty

  • Non-warranty repairs are estimated for you prior to final repair with a no-fix no-charge solution
     
  • In-warranty repairs will be sent to the manufacturer's approved local service centre and charges will only be applied should the repair be deemed non-warranty by them - e.g. liquid ingress or physical damage
     
  • Our experts can usually advise which handsets are warranty before sending, as a non-warranty return from manufacturer would be charged at £20 + VAT for return of the handset unrepaired
     
  • Please remember, though, that we're not miracle workers: Handsets closed by the networks cannot be repaired, and it is unlikely we can sort a phone crushed by a car!
